Due to the appointment of a new independent registered public accountant the Company has been delayed in its reporting functions and is unable to compile all pertinent information to complete the quarterly filing and have that information reviewed by the new independent registered public accountant.
 
The Registrant will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q as soon as possible, and in any event no later than the fifth calendar following the prescribed due date for such report.
