At the meeting held on April 23, 2008, the Board of Directors of Compañía de Telecomunicaciones de Chile S.A. (the “Company”) agreed to appoint Mr. Andrés Concha Rodríguez as Director and Mr. Raúl Morodo Leoncio as Alternate Director.
