RESIGNATION OF TWO NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In terms of Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
JSE Limited, the shareholders are hereby advised that Mr
Sergei Stefanovich and Mr Michael Sosnovski, both of MMC
Norilsk Nickel, have tendered their resignation from the
Board of directors with immediate effect.
