Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 10, 2014, Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. (“RH”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended November 1, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
