On December 4, 2014, Atlanticus Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications staff of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC, notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum market value of publicly held shares listing requirement, as set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(C). Accordingly, this matter is now closed.
