On February 21, 2013, Digimarc Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

In its February 21, 2013 press release, Digimarc Corporation also announced it had declared a dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock to be paid on March 11, 2013 to its shareholders of record on March 04, 2013.
