Michael A. Depatie was named to the Board of Directors of Jamba, Inc. and appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, effective November 2, 2010.

A press release announcing the election of Mr. Depatie was issued November 3, 2010, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein in its entirety.
