Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 15, 2007, Allscripts LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (“Allscripts”), renewed employment agreements with each of Glen E. Tullman, Lee Shapiro and William J. Davis. As a result of the renewal, the term of each executive’s employment agreement will be extended to continue in effect through December 31, 2008. Thereafter, Allscripts may renew each agreement by providing written notice at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the then current term.
