  RoboGroup T.E.K. Ltd. (the “company”) hereby announces that on December 11, 2003 the Company and its subsidiary, Robotec Technologies Ltd. (“Robotec”) filled a suit in the District Court of Tel Aviv, against Furier Systems 1989 Ltd. (“Furier”). The suite seeks injunctions, mandamus and damages, due to the theft of commercial secrets of RoboGroup, other commercial torts and the violation of a distribution agreement between Robotec and Furier.
