(e) On May 2, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of
Directors of Immersion Corporation ("Immersion") awarded Stephen Ambler,
Immersion's Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance, a cash bonus of
$5,000, payable on May 17, 2007, Immersion's next regularly scheduled payday,
for his efforts related to complicated accounting issues in the first quarter of
2007.
