On February 10, 2010, NetSol
Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing results of operations and
financial conditions for the quarter ended December 31, 2010. The
press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. As
part of its earnings conference call, NetSol Technologies, Inc. posted a power
point presentation which summarized the highlights of the results of operations
and financial conditions for the quarter and year to date ended December 31,
2009, on its website www.netsoltech.com. The power point
presentation is furnished as exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K
