On Friday, March 14, 2008, ATSI Communications, Inc. (the "Registrant") issued a press release regarding its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2008. A copy of this press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
