On February 25, 2015, Cowen Group, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed John Holmes Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Holmes previously served as the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer.  Mr. Holmes will continue to serve as a member of the Management and Operating Committees of the Company.
