On April 30, 2014, Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release updating fourth quarter and fiscal year end 2013 financial results, the status of the audit of the 2013 financial statements and the timing of the related Form 10-K. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
