ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On January 11, 2007, we received a letter contract from the United States Marine Corps for 15 of our Cougar Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal Rapid Response Vehicles (JERRV). The letter contract for the vehicles, spare parts and sustainment services has a total value of approximately $9,379,370.
