Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 21, 2005, Mid-State Bancshares reported diluted earnings of $0.39 per share for the first quarter of 2005, a 21.9% increase over the $0.32 earned one year earlier. Net income for the quarter was $9.1 million, an 18.6% increase over the $7.7 million earned in the same quarter in 2004.
