Due to, recent increase in business activity, the Company has been unable to compile all pertinent information to complete the annual filing and unable to complete providing the Registrant’s accountant with all of the accounting information necessary to complete the annual report.

The Registrant will file its Annual Report on Form 10-K as soon as possible, and in any event no later than the fifteenth calendar following the prescribed due date for such report.
