Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
New GTECH Agreement
Effective May 29, 2015, TransAct signed a new agreement with GTECH Corporation (“GTECH”) to sell on-line lottery and casino printers to GTECH through December 31, 2019. This new agreement replaces the existing agreement between the two companies that expired on May 29, 2015. Under the terms of the new agreement and as mutually agreed to by both parties, TransAct will sell on-line lottery and casino printers to GTECH on a non-exclusive basis, and GTECH will purchase such printers from TransAct on a non-exclusive basis.
